You should be using WITHOUT_ versions of the options - see src.conf(5). Files won't be removed unless they're listed in ObsoleteFiles.inc, and it's typically not been kept up-to-date. This is being fixed in -CURRENT but for just now you can remove the binaries manually. -- Bruce Cran
