patch  x11-drivers/xf86-video-neomagic

Replace a call to abs() with a call to fabs() in order to match types and
eliminate a warning.  No other issues were found when verifying the build of
this driver with a modern Xorg server (checked with 1.18.4 and 1.19.1).
