The patch against GCC there is a hack, though, which I'd prefer to avoid. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=164932 is closed, but seems to rear its ugly head again (lang/gcc47, though not lang/gcc46 nor lang/gcc48 in my tests -- testing a shorter hack now).
