This is fishy (doesn't happen here), and it seems that your build is
going sideways to regenerate files it shouldn't touch.

Can you check your clock?
(Also, the new thunderbird built just fine here - I haven't checked your
logs yet, but two ports failing unexpectedly just feels like a problem
on your side.)
