The FreeBSD website tells you how to do it, but here's my patented short version of what you can read there: Send a message to majordomo@freebsd.org. In teh body of the message, write subscribe <listname> So if you wanted to subscribe to the questions list, you should write subscribe freebsd-questions You can also subscribe to multiple lists at once, by adding multiple lines: subscribe freebsd-questions subscribe freebsd-chat If you want to unsubscribe, just send another message to majordomo@freebsd.org, doing everything exactly as above, but replacing the word "subscribe" with "unsubscribe". Notice that in order to be subscribed, you will get a verification message that you will have to send back to majordomo@freebsd.org. All users who tend to send their subscribe / unsubscribe requests to the list addresses instead of majordomo should probably print these instructions and stick them to their fridge ;-) Greetings Nils -- Nils Holland Ti Systems - FreeBSD in Tiddische, Germany http://www.tisys.org * nils@tisys.org To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
