Guys,
The spec for Ethernet says 10BaseT is 10Mbit a second, Half Duplex.
Only on the 100Mbit cards will you find the Full Duplex option available at
10Mbit.
If you want to set duplex mode, use the option 'mediaopt full-duplex' or
'mediaopt half-duplex' but this will only work at 100Mbit mode in most cases.
