As for the mess, I deliberately postponed my initial desire to fix all those badly worded entries to the point when most popular knobs will land into. I will be keeping an eye from now on to ensure that this file stays more or less perfect (with help of other caring people of course), and assuming that adding rate would be relatively low at this point, I do not think it would be particularly hard. ./danfe
