You've done it again. When you refer to being billed for bandwidth
consumption to "them" it's not 100% clear if you're referring to customers
or provider. I'm assuming you mean provider.

On one of my last jobs we beta-tested quite a few of these boxes, and I
think they settled on Novell kit. I would reccomend staying away from NetApp
due to costs, but Squid might be able to do what you need.
