Since it is a not a high volume mail server i was wondering what i need to do to control the turn over time on this particular file...as well as other files too if anyone can help. I want to adhust the turnover rate especially on the /var/log/messages file because it gets pretty boring scrolling through days worth of info. SO, in short how do i control the turnover times/rates of my logs files in /var/log/ ? Regards, G.
