Mainboard, cpu or power supply. Take your pick which to test for next. :\ How many devices do you have to power in your system? http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply/ Make sure your power supply has enough 'oomph' to power everything you're trying to power in your system. Other than that, cpu and mainboard may need replacing (or one or the other).
