When I or another committer finds time. The code has bugs in it, and I'm not bringing it in lock-stock-barrel until *after* I know what exactly the code does. The problem is that there is alot of good code in it, but by the time I start separating the chaff from the wheat I start to get discouraged or run out of time. > Is there a nomads mailing list?
