Hi,
today at a localstore I found a PCI frame grabber based (from the
picture on the box) on the Bt848. The board is called WinTV/PC
model 406 from Hauppauge and seems to have info available on the
net at

(this is the model which does not support an optional MPEG board, the
picture is at http://www.hauppauge.com/hcw/html/wc_data.htm#Overview)
Anyone knows something about this board ?
For the records, the board, with a built-in tuner and teletext
decoder -- unless it is decoded in software! -- is sold for Itl.
403.000 incl.VAT. -- approx US$250; on the same shelf there is a
Snappy for approx US$330, so I think it might be found a bit cheaper
than this.
Amancio, any resemblance with the Intel board you have ?
