Synopsis: New port: xemacs20-stepwise (XEmacs20 hacked for GNUSTEP)

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-By: will
State-Changed-When: Tue Mar 28 14:12:15 PST 2000
State-Changed-Why:
This port seems to be obsolete now in light of newer versions
of exemacs (rather, xemacs). I'm instituting a one-month
timeout period at the end of which if there is no feedback,
this PR will be closed.
