>Description:
After make-ing xwpe there must be made a some other steps.
'make convertrc'
'./convertrc'
these two steps are CRITICAL for a full functional xwpe.
even if you do not execute 'convertrc', this program could
at least be compiled and included in the package file.

Finding xwpe in InterNet is not easy.
ftp.FreeBSD.org it is the only place where you can find it.
the other sites listed in the source distribution file do not
have it.

>How-To-Repeat:
Just run xwpe.
There is no way to use the "programming" environment.

>Fix:

make convertrc
and include this file in the package binary file.
