Oh, I missed the 'mini' part. Sorry for that. If you head to pfsense.org, their hardware sections, I am sure you can find one which you can bump storage for, even RAM. Something like https://store.pfsense.org/SG-4860/ pfSense is FreeBSD so you can actually install FreeBSD on that hardware.
