I flashed several LSI MegaRAID 9211-8i from IR to IT mode without = problem. LSI / Broadcom provides the needed files to perform this. Of course, as any other firmware flash, the procedure is not without any = risk (to brick the card). But conscientiously done, should be OK :) Ben
