May I ask you to run with the patch from Rick to the daemon reverted? I really
don't understand how the patch could help.  The race is definitely about a
single socket lifetime, it is not about multiple sockets, as they don't
interact with each other.  I think it was just a coincidence that bug stopped
reproducing after the patch.  As we see now it doesn't reproduce without the
patch.
