It seems that what I am seeing is normal for my installation. The NIC driver only understands the following at 10Mbps: media 10baseT/UTP media 10baseT/UTP mediaopt full-duplex I think, ultimately, I should replace the hubs and 10base2 cable with switchesand UTP but for now I'll live with what I've got.
