I've been thinking about compat3x issues for a while, and I'm not sure we shouldn't hold off on committing more compat3x libs until just before 4.0 release. The problem is we are still change things in the 3x libs (such as adding new functions), and don't bump the version number. The problem is committing an update to an uuencoded library bloats the ,v files tremdiously since every line of the uuencoded library file is different from the previous one. -- -- David (obrien@NUXI.com) To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-alpha" in the body of the message
