Thanks for your report! The problem with the startup script is that CUPS had changed(?) the name how it's mentioned in PROVIDE: section from 'cups' to 'cupsd' If you take a look into REQUIRE: section of samba.sh you can notice that 'cups'. Changing it to 'cupsd' should fix the problem. I'm going to put that change into next version of the Samba port. with regards, Timur Bakeyev.
