Hubbard" Sender: owner-freebsd-multimedia@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Just FYI, I've merged enough of the Linux compat ioctls into 2.2 so that the RealVideo 5.0 player for Linux now works just fine in both branches. To install, get the latest Linux 5.0B2 (ELF) distribution from www.real.com and unpack it, then do: cd rvplayer5.0b3 mv *.so /compat/linux/lib /compat/linux/sbin/ldconfig ./rvplayer This also requires that you have ports/emulators/linux_lib installed. You should then be able to visit their sample site for some test audio/video. Jordan To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-multimedia" in the body of the message
