The directions on how to set this up is in the man page for natd. You MUST follow them. You need to add IPFIREWALL and IPDIVERT to you kernel and, to start, you should set your filewall to OPEN in /etc/rc.conf. Make sure you have the other relavent parameters to natd set in /etc/rc.conf as well.
