You should use the instructions at
https://wiki.freebsd.org/FreeBSD/arm/Allwinner

The old wiki page is deprecated.

The old instructions uses an u-boot that do not pass the DTB to
kernel, so you have to define 'options FDT_DTB_STATIC' in kernel
config file.

Sorry for the misleading information in wiki, I've added a note there
WRT the new instructions.
