I try to track the signal strength information (great for tracking microwave use as well) in mrtg by parsing the output from `wicontrol -C`... However I noticed today that it had flatlined, and determined that the cache was not being flushed properly. [morganw@volatile:/usr/local/etc/mrtg$]: wicontrol -C [1/2]: 00:02:2d:04:df:e4, 192.168.0.252, sig: -82, noise: -95, qual: 13 [2/2]: 00:05:5d:ed:ce:67, 192.168.0.254, sig: -86, noise: -96, qual: 10 The first entry was for my card, which is now not within 1000 miles of this machine :)... Why is it still holding this information 3 days later? -- _ __ ___ ____ ___ ___ ___ Wesley N Morgan _ __ ___ | _ ) __| \ morganw@chemikals.org _ __ | _ \._ \ |) | FreeBSD: The Power To Serve _ |___/___/___/ Hi!
