It's x86-compatible, isn't is? If you have a connection faster than 56K, don't use the Power Pack, otherwise do. The GUI is in XFree86 and comes with Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, etc. But most techies prefer CLI (command-line interface). I hate Novell Netware from my experiences with it.
