I'd think that this should satisfy them: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/developers-handbook/ln11.html though I suppose they might get more comfort from downloading the thing you want them to print from a seemingly-reliable source, say ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/developers-handbook/ and seeing the license within that, if any. If it is the BSD license, as you say, then it seems it's multi-licensed. Let them pick their favorite. If they won't accept the actual license, the appropriateness of your e-address is confirmed. You could try explaining to them that printing is obviously one of the "other formats" allowed by clause 2 of the first reference above. And you use your example as a basis for proposing a change to the license to mention printing.
