I haven't read that book, but you must either mount the second CD-ROM or add the packages and/or ports by hand after the installation. That should be covered in the book. During the installation I chose to install from an NFS mounted CD-ROM. In the book the directions tell you to change directories to "/cd0/dists". On the 2.2.1 CD-ROM there is no such directory as "dists". Could you please tell me what directory I need to be in to complete the installation.
