In the end I decided to run=20 two instances of hostapd.conf, one per wireless card. I took hint from this guy here=20 https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-wireless/2015-October/006204.= html=20 Please let me know sure there be a cleaner way to do it.
