Yes you can, it's called dual boot system, in the beginning you choose to
boot a) Windows or B) FBSD so yes you can do this

Yes, gcc cc c++ and many others, I'd say just about any unix comes with
with compilers.



My suggestion read a lot before you attemp anything, or better yet, backup
your system, if you do that you'll be all right.
