Happens to me a million times. It just means that that particular fetch failed.
Nothing more, nothing less(usually, a problem connecting, or something similar).

When your connection is up, it should work fine. For reference, what version
of wmWeather do you have? Mine is:

(13:06:08) [will@shadow /usr/home/will]$ pkg_info -Ia | grep wmWeather
