I'm porting an X application I wrote to libvgl, and I need some help...

The manpage is good, but it doesn't (seem to) contain any information
on what modes you can call VGLInit with. (Yes, I'm stuck at VGLInit,
but in my experience it was always XCreateWindow that stumped me and I
was okay from there on, so this is familiar territory in a way!)
