Does anyone experience sound hiccups under 4.7-STABLE and KDE 3? I am seeing the same behaviour under KDE 3.0.1, KDE 3.0.3 and KDE 3.0.4 (all built from ports) and also saw it on 4.6-STABLE: when some mp3 is played (using mpg123 or xmms, via artsdsp or esd or without any sound daemon -- does not matter) every 20 or 30 seconds music slows down and then hiccups. I have es3173 sound card (SB 128 PCI). These hiccups can not be reproduced if I run windowmaker (or no X at all). I have XFree86 4.2.0 (built from ports). /fjoe To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
