  Modified files:
    math/libranlib/files Makefile.lib 
  Log:
  The library requires a couple of routines from linpack, which are
  included but were not being compiled into the library.  This resulted
  in missing symbols when code was linked against libranlib.
  
  We now compile in the provided linpack routines.
