I got mine from the manufacturer - although the VRM has an Intel part number,
it's made by a company called VXI.  Quoting the Toshiba Web page:

1.Voltage Regulator Supplied by VXI. P/N 656622-001.  
  You can contact VXI at (503) 652-7300.

That worked for me.  The Toshiba Web page is:

I hope you got a heat sink / fan with the second P6, I tried running without,
and it lasted about 5 minutes before crashing.  A reboot showed only
one CPU, until the second had cooled off.  These things run HOT, I'm not going
to try over-clocking without some major extra cooling.
