I ran into two boxes with the same bad CPU fans. Took a while to track it down. Symptoms were seemingly random reboots, but the reboots could be made to happen more often if the box was loaded up. If your BIOS has hardware monitoring, check the CPU fan RPMs there as well; one box had a fan that was spinning, but only at about 1000 RPM, which was not enough to keep the CPU in spec.
