i use gprs for ppp connectivity.  as i roam both nationally and
internationally, i need to find gprs params for different carriers
etc.  i have been unable to find such info on the web.  if you know
of it, please tell me.

in the meantime, i am starting to accumulate such a page, see
<http://www.psg.com/~randy/gprs-ppp.html>.  i would *really*
appreciate additions to it, especially carrier parameters, urgently
for UK, NL, DE, FR, and GR carriers.

please send data, suggestions, corrections, ... to me via email.
