To: freebsd-questions@freebsd.org (Free BSD Questions list) Date: Thu, 10 Jan 2002 23:49:42 -0500 (EST) From: "Stan Brown" X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.5 PL6] MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk List-ID: List-Archive: (Web Archive) List-Help: (List Instructions) List-Subscribe: List-Unsubscribe: X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG I'm trying to set up Hylafax to do inbound/outbound fax & data. I'm using a Courier V..everything modem, which has dapative answer. I;m to the point where the faxgetty is recognizing that it's a data call, and trying to spawn getty itslef to handle the login & data session, but I can't figure out what arguments I need to have it pass getty. I thought "A cuaa1", where cuaa1 is the line i'm using would work, but when called this way getty dies :-( Help, please. -- "They that would give up essential liberty for temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." -- Benjamin Franklin To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
