It returns "connection refused" when trying to finger a host outside of my lan. If I run finger with no arguments, or an accou nt on the machine I'm trying to run finger on, it seems to function normally. Permissions all appear to be OK and I haven't changed /etc/inetd.conf. What am I missing? Randy
