Are you looking for recommendations on software, or a news provider? When we had our own feed we used DNews by NetWinSite. They are a New Zealand based company and support was very good. In fact, I think they were building their BSD/OS binaries from our machine at some point. It can suck or ihave. We never had any problem with it. Licensing (with support) was very reasonable, at least at our size. I've used leafnode at home in the past, it sucks (in the good way).
