What fonts do you have installed? When I upgraded Mozilla, the script
said to delete the mozilla font because it was broken or what ever. The
Makefile has

BROKEN=         Mozilla${MOZ_SUFX} and Xft2 render the mozilla-fonts \
                illegibly. Please remove the mozilla-fonts package.

I use Mozilla and not having font problems.
