I have gotten transport mode working between Win2K and FreeBSD using the latest racoon (20010831a) on a FreeBSD 4.3-RELEASE kernel, 3DES/SHA1 and preshared keys. It initially works, but then after a period of inactivity the two machines can't re-establish the communication until I restart racoon.
