Well, you're not supposed to do it, have them login normally and use `su'
to get root perms.  Just add the user to the `wheel' group to make it
work.

If you need to do it, edit /etc/ttys and change the `unsecure' to `secure'
in the ttyp* network terminal device section.  But you don't want to do
this, it exposes your root account to password cracking from remote.
