I've managed to get a kernel.conf file on the root of my Pico floppy and it is now booting up with the right settings. I'm not getting the kernel config screen coming up now. Can anyone verify that PicoBSD built from the sources that come with the FreeBSD 4.1 distribution will fit on a 1.44 floppy? If not, will it fit if you customise the kernel? Thanks again. --- Phil Staub wrote: > On Wed, Aug 09, 2000 at 11:45:00PM +1000, Paul > Jansen wrote: > > Well it seems that the presence of a kernel.conf > file > > in the root directory of the floppy has stopped > the > > visual kernel configuration screen coming up.
