The appearance of contrib-crypto raises the issue of separted
cvsup targets again (instead of src-all for us non US cvsup sites).

How should be dealt with it in the future in a legally conformant way?
Or is it a non-issue (I don't know if contrib-crypto really falls under
these export regulations)?
