I downloaded the /bin and /manpages directories for FreeBSD into
d:\Freebsd . (I followed the example on the webpage "Before installing
from a MS-DOS partition" except without the CD.) Now, during the FreeBSD
installation process when I choose Novice and later in the setup, it
prompts for a method of installation (like FTP, MS-DOS partition, Tape
Drive, etc.) I choose MS-DOS partition, but it says something like
"primary DOS partition not found..." I remember indicating my DOS
partitions in the partitioning portion as a type 6 partition (type 165
is FreeBSD??). I know; it's kinda hard to explain the installation
process very well, but do you understand what's wrong??
