graphics/{opengtl,qtgtl} build with LLVM 3.3 and undeprecate

Quite some time ago I noticed OpenGTL was depending on an older LLVM and found
a solution existed but not upstream. I had not noticed the port get marked
BROKEN since I had a working local install and the commit message when that was
done was misleading/wrong. Now that the depration mark hits two ports I'm
using, time for action.

Gentoo has a patch for build with LLVM 3.3 which I've been using. Attached is a
patch to unbreak the build of OpenGTL using their patch, and to undeprecate
QtGTL which depends upon OpenGTL. The GTL option in editors/calligra depends on
both these ports.
