If it works ok with fc6, I would say this is some kind of problem with =20 the Debian libraries you are using. This may be a result of a =20 linuxulator kernel bug, or not. Note: the current priority is to get =20 FC6 or better with all applications we have in the ports collection up =20 and running without any known problems.
