At the Boot: prompt, type wd(0,a)/kernel assuming you're trying to boot your first disk, or wd(1,a)/kernel if it's your second IDE disk, and so forth. You can reinstall the boot manager by booting with a DOS disk and running the bootinst.exe utility off of the CDROM or ftp.freebsd.org in the tools directory.
