PROCFS requires PSEUDOFS. Either uncomment PSEUDOFS or commernt out 
PROCFS. Moreover, the option COMPAT_IA32 recently was renamed 
COMPAT_FREEBSD32, but I'm not sure exactly when that happened. You might 
want to try changing it.
