Subject:   Bad file on ftp servers

There is a file that contains a '%' character on all the ftp servers, however
some of the ftp servers such as ftp5.freebsd.org will disconnect a user if he
requests a file with a '%' in the name. You can get around it by using wildcard
characters, but it does cause problems for mirroring programs.
